TASH DIGITAL

Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

Effective date: 7 September 2026
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and digital delivery are handled for eligible Tash Digital services, including Witty Worx.

1. Scope

This Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy applies to subscriptions and digital services purchased from Tash Digital. Where a separate written agreement or service-specific term applies, that agreement or term will govern to the extent of any conflict.

Our services may include AI-assisted marketing, research, strategy, copy, creative content, social media support, performance analysis and related digital services.

2. Subscription billing

Subscription services are charged according to the billing cycle displayed at sign-up or confirmed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains valid and that sufficient funds are available when a subscription payment is due.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily reverse charges already processed for the current billing period.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Refunds

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable once the relevant service or subscription period has started, because access to the digital service and supporting resources is made available immediately or shortly after activation, or work has begun.

A refund may be considered where required by applicable law, where Tash Digital has charged you incorrectly, where a duplicate payment has occurred, or where we are unable to provide a paid service and no reasonable alternative can be offered.

Requests are considered on their facts and do not create an automatic entitlement to a refund where the service has already been supplied, made available or performed.

5. Trial or promotional periods

Where a service is offered with a free or discounted trial, the terms shown at registration will apply. If the trial converts automatically to a paid subscription, you must cancel before the stated conversion date to avoid the first paid charge.

6. Digital delivery and activation

Tash Digital services are delivered digitally unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing. After registration and successful payment, where payment is required, account setup, configuration, activation or service delivery may begin.

Where onboarding or account configuration is required, we aim to make the service available within the timeframe communicated during registration or engagement. Delays caused by missing information, unavailable third-party services, platform approvals or customer-side access issues may affect delivery or activation times.

7. Third-party services

Some functionality may depend on third-party platforms, social networks, AI providers, hosting services, payment processors or other technology providers. Their outages, access restrictions, policy changes or approval delays may temporarily affect parts of the service and are outside Tash Digital's direct control.

8. Failed or reversed payments

If a payment fails, is reversed or is disputed, access to paid services may be suspended until the account is brought up to date. We may contact you to resolve the payment issue before suspending access where reasonably practical.

9. How to request a cancellation or refund review

Contact Tash Digital at tash@tashdigital.com or +27 79 894 3021. Please include the account or business name, the email address used for the purchase, the transaction date and the reason for the request.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African consumer protection or electronic commerce law. Where mandatory law provides a remedy that differs from this policy, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, billing arrangements or legal obligations change. The version published on a Tash Digital website will apply from its stated effective date.
